Deliveries & Returns
POSTAGE AND PACKING
Your poster will arrive well packed in a tough cardboard tube sealed at both ends to protect it against the elements (we’re UK based, it rains all the time here). Postage is priced differently for the UK, Europe, United States and the rest of the world.
Please be extra careful when removing your poster from the tube as it can be easily ripped or damaged.
RETURNS
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt if you don’t like it and we’ll give you a full refund, providing the poster comes back to us in perfect condition.
If it’s damaged on arrival, let us know by email and send it back to us within 14 Days of the delivery date and, when we’ve received it, we’ll send you a new one.
POSTAGE
UK DELIVERY
Posters are sent by courier so expect them to arrive within 3-4 working days, send us an email if you need to know exactly when.
MAINLAND EUROPE DELIVERY
Posters are sent air mail so you should expect them to arrive within 7–10 days.
REST OF WORLD INCLUDING USA DELIVERY
Delivery times depend on which part of the world you live in, but expect your delivery to arrive within 7-14 days.
We don’t send posters on weekends or bank holidays, so add a day or two to your delivery time if you order at these times.
Please note due to the nature of the Australian postage service, parcels to Australia have been known to take longer.
